Seniors, a multiform target (24/05/2010)

Since the beginning of 2010, the Seniosphère agency (France) has been auditing about
thirty hearing care professionals to evaluate the adaptation of points of sale, but also the
language used and the reasoning given to seniors on the subject about hearing. This
study, sponsored by Starkey, will then be turned into a guide that will be launched in
September 2010. Sophie Schmitt, associate director of Seniosphère, gave the study’s first
impressions and analyses during the Paris congress.
