The team
The team members have very diverse and complementary backgrounds. Every team member has lived several years in different countries, which brings a rich diversity of perspectives and knowledge of cultural customs.
8 languages are spoken across the team: French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Czech, and Japanese.
Sophie has strong experience with many different sectors targeting 50+ such as banks and insurances, distribution channels, franchising, fast moving consumer goods industry and services.
Prior to Seniosphere, she acquired a strong experience in marketing of fast moving consumer goods and services marketing. She started her marketing career at L’Oreal France. Worked as VP Marketing at McDonald’s in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for 3 years. She continued her career in Brazil as Coca Cola’s Supermarket Channel Manager and later as their New Business Development Manager.
She is also an expert at the European Commission on several projects of the DG Connect.
Looking for a change in orientation and to broaden her experience, Jennifer joined Macquarie, an international investment bank, as Senior Manager Business Development.
She has been working at Seniosphere since 2011.

Jennifer was part of L’Oréal’s Marketing Department for 12 years, firstly as the Group Brand Manager for Vichy working in international marketing on new product development and then for Lancôme before returning to Australia as Lancôme’s Marketing Manager.B.Comm, University of N.S.W.
