The DREES-Health ministry has just published a demographic analysis of the health care professionals in France which highlights that doctors' population is ageing with 50% of doctors being over 50 yrs in 2015. This represents a huge challenge when thinking that 50% of doctors will retire within next 15 years at the same time when Baby Boomer generation will increase population over 60 by 20% between 2015 and 2030.
