Strategy and marketing to address the senior market: develop food products adapted to the elders' needs (23/04/2010)

On April 29, Sophie Schmitt, co-founder of Seniosphere, will give a conference on "Strategy and marketing to address the needs of the senior market: develop food adapted to the elders' needs".

This conference is organized by Welience, a trademark from uB-Filiale, development subsidiary of the Bourgogne University research center. Welience has established partnerships with the Grand Campus Bourguignon research centers. Its role is to contribute to the technology innovation of the cluster 's members specialized in the food, bioindustry and agro environment.

Food adapted to the elders' needs, as well as "well aging" through balanced nutrition are key research topics of the cluster members.
